Last May, Jim James of My Morning Jacket clued Phish fans in on the group's plans to return to Madison Square Garden for New Year's Eve when he told Rolling Stone that "Phish booked [MSG] for the next four years" after being asked about MMJ's own plans for the holiday. Five months later, Phish has confirmed the first of those four years, announcing a four-night run at Madison Square Garden. These shows will be Phish's 24th through 27th shows in this venerable hall, but the first to offer general admission on the floor.
An online "mail order" is currently underway at tickets.phish.com and will end Monday, October 15 at 12:00 pm ET. General on sale will begin Saturday, October 20, at 12:00 pm ET through ticketmaster.com or by phone calling 866.858.0008.

And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.
