MikeS opening is standard.  This is a very typical
off-key sustain, harshly pushed out version in the
first several minutes.  Nothing special at all, imo.
The jam at the 6 and a half min point is cool, with
Trey and Mike, in particular, fiercely jamming.
Everyone stops dead a couple of times, which,
frankly, is very wild because there doesn't sound
like there's a signal given (I guess a non-musical or
vocal signal was made).  Very effective, though.  The
jam after the 7 min point is definitely better than
it often is at this time, but it just doesn't engage
me.  Just too much off-key distortion that sounds
like shit (I realize that most MikeS do this, but the
extent to which they do it, and the extent to which
it actually sounds intense & together, imo, varies..
 
Its a cool jam, but nothing special, except for the
fact that this is a LONG version of MikeS.  H2
doesn't come in until 9:30 or so, and it is a
fantastically sweet, light, perfectly played
version.  Weekapaug comes in at 12 mins or so.  HOLY
SHIT!  Another killer Weekapaug Groove.  I really
love this tune.  Ob La Di Ob La Da intense tease/jam
around 15:50  (they did ob la di during the antelope
at this show, too).  The jam segment really flows
well, and some great melodies are generated.  Around
18:43 there's a tease/jam of "Don't Get me Wrong," which
Trey wrote with Popper.  This jam lasts for about 30 secs,
or so.  The finale jam of this version is killer,
although the final verse is very quiet and softly
played (there is great guitar from Trey in its
beginning!).  A soft vocal ending to this version.
Because the MikeS was unusually long and the
Weekapaug was great, I really have to give this
version a serious above average rating of B+.  Total
time was about 21:49 or so.
